## Descriere
Constantin Ciogolea se conturează ca un arhitect pragmatic, orientat spre eficiență, funcționalitate și fezabilitate tehnică. Practica sa este mai puțin legată de căutări stilistice personale sau de formularea unui limbaj arhitectural recognoscibil și mai mult de integrarea arhitecturii în procesele industriale și instituționale ale construcției. Formarea inginerească din Belgia și activitatea îndelungată în cadrul CFR și al unei mari societăți de construcții explică această orientare.
